Refund policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Eligibility: Items must be in original packaging and unused or lightly used condition. Opened and used liquid products (serums, glosses, essences, mousses) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used liquid products, items not in original packaging, and items returned after 30 days.

How to Return: Email support@goldenaurabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 24–48 hours. Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number at support@goldenaurabeauty.com.
